Maybe wider spread? I checked in for a flight tomorrow. I'm diamond and had applied a RUC (about to expire). I'm not even on the upgrade list. I'm travelling by myself.
This is when I've experienced problems... there seems to be an issue with upgrade certs getting transferred properly to the airport upgrade list.
