Delta's use of main and satellite terminal buildings in Boston's Terminal A

Hi all!

I don't spend much time at all on the DL forums but thought I'd ask for some information, if anybody knows

I believe that Boston's Terminal A is divided into a main terminal building (Gates A1-12) and a satellite terminal building (Gates 13-22). Delta uses flights in both sets of gates, from a quick perusal of Massport's flights for today.

Is there any logic to which flights depart from the main terminal versus the satellite terminal? Perhaps aircraft type/size? I'm thinking of trying out Delta on the BOS-DUB this summer.

P.S. I noticed that the SkyClub in the satellite terminal closes at 7.30pm, whereas the Dublin flight would be departing at 9.14pm. I am aware that there is a SkyClub in the main terminal too.
