My IHG Rewards Club account just got hacked
Just noticed my total points went down by 30.000. Upon further investigation it seemed like someone redeemed 15.000 points twice for a stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam. Stay was yesterday, 13-14 January.
Very strange is that I never got a reservation email to my normal email address.
I called Priority Club immediately upon noticing to report. They had my change my pin, and instantly suspended my account and changed my email on it. They said they'd get back to me within 4 days.
Will report back.
