I asked to speak to a manager and was told to wait in the "connectivity lounge". Before you get excited this is a sort of business centre with computers and a skype room and not an executive lounge. I was left waiting there for 25 minutes before an "experience manager" showed up. I explained that starting off with a lie (of course rooms were available) was not a good start.
