Sure is, but I'm pretty sure it's the only one currently in that terminal for now, so that's why QR uses it.
Its not that unusual for an airline to
hire a lounge at an airport for their first, business & status passengers. That lounge may, or may not, be operated by an airline from the same alliance. At times an airline will
rent front the other side, even when an alliance airline has a lounge at the same airport terminal. Its all about the money, money - money.
