I think that once the system is 100% in place, places like the Park Hyatt will certainly join..... I would expect all large chains like Sheraton, InterCon, Hilton and Starwood to be part of this system..... as Ive said before, visitors will probably be charged upfront and then refunded the VAT after the end of their stay.
