BA is simply not a legacy airline anymore, it is a budget airline.
I really think BA is ruining the name 'British'.

Should rebrand it to IAG Airlines, or Cruz Air = )
I agree entirely, it is a shame that BA's service is now below that ever offered by AA. I have been on this forum for many years and never thought it would be conceivable to make the argument that the AA hard product (and often soft product) is better than BA's.

Times have changed.
