HK offers endless photo-ops. The main obstacles are people and weather. The people problem becomes less of a problem if you go out early for sunrise; or late for "blue hour" shots. Night photo-op can be anywhere in HK or Kowloon.
Be sure to bring complete gear set: tripod, ND10, remote shutter; PLD filter etc..
Hear you are shooting RAW for the first time. Good leap forward! If your camera offers it, set it up to short in both RAW and JPG.
With RAW, you can do post edit. That's where the fun begins
