Best place to book BA flight

Need to book 1 adult + 2 kids (none of them me) on AMS - HKG / BKK - AMS in J with possible desire to UuA if available a long leg to F - cost for tickets+taxes is approx. £ 3.5k

I have a BA Amex.

I could book on ba.com, or Amex travel, or expedia/ebookers.

I’m UK based and use topcashback where possible, and have a small Nectar balance.

I figure booking with ba.com gives me £8.62 cashback only (+Avios on BA Amex)

Amex travel .... nothing? Some folk here are mentioning a £50 credit but I don’t see how to claim it?

Expedia £35 topcashback, plus the new Expedia+ thing, plus Nectar.

Ebookers has a similar cashback, plus a BONUS scheme I don’t understand.

So I guess Expedia is best, and once in MMB I can still UuA if there’s availability? Anyone got a better suggestion?
