ANy DPs on reimbursement over $50/day/bag? I noticed on the claim form (first time, believe it or not filing one with Delta over 15 years) it asked for Medallion level (I'm lowly FO), and I'm wondering if more slack given the higher up the chain you are?

Also, experience - is it by bag? by passenger in PNR?

Reason I ask is our 2 bags were pulled from BWI-CUN on 1/7 due to weight for the plane and didn't arrivei n CUN until 1.5 days later for 3 people - so submitting my expenses, but wondering what ends up happening to most out there (we didn't got overboard, but ended up spending about $300)
