If there is a need for a crew rest seat, they will hold one, but it doesn't seem to have to be a specific seat. I grabbed 2K once, they put the pilot in 1K, and the other in Business. The return flight, I had 2C, Ms BlueZebra had 2H, there were no pilots in F, rather Business and the bunk. 1K and 2K had GS in them. This was SFO-SYD-SFO.
