My own experience with the GGL line is that on a bad day I am waiting 3 or more minutes. Most of the time after the message you get when you call I find I am either immediately speaking to an agent or waiting no more than 30 seconds to do so.

The data protection message takes 40 seconds - I wish it were shorter too!
