The problem with hongkongcard is that is is overwhelmingly in Chinese, which may not be much help to the OP (nor me).

I do claim back hotel and dining bills from the company (they directly purchase the flight tickets), but they will pay me back what is on the hotel or restaurant receipts, NOT what gets sent me on my credit card bill.
