All comps are based on play and your theoretical loss. If one person is a long grind Diamond player with a ton of trips and the other person is a four time a year Gold player who earns 1K or so in tier credits over a three day trip, guess who will get some pretty good comp rooms?
Of course, but my impression had been that
within the same tier, say a high ADT diamond and a low ADT diamond, they would get roughly the same mailed offers/nights, but where the high ADT diamond night get an offer for 4 nights and $300 Reel Rewards the low ADT diamond night get the same 4 nights but only $100 RR (I'm making these numbers up but you get the idea). And that on nights without specific promos, they'd have the same general access to comp rooms.
