Interesting review and much appreciated.

I try to stay in Accor properties wherever I go and when in Stockholm did think of staying here - I would if I was alone.
Only thing is with family they swore never to stay in a ibis again after a pretty horrible stay in Dusseldorf some years back. So I now stay at a Airbnb when in Stockholm.

The ibis styles I have stayed at typically come across quite "funky" with lots of colours etc. The pictures you posted don't really come across that way so seems like they thought they would go for some IKEA 1980s catalogue feature.
