Yes, I know well that the seatmap is no indicator of space, but there are certain patterns that many of us are familiar with. Here is the question:
UA 917 on Friday, SFO-AKL, is zeroed out in business and economy (772 service). Yet there are dozens (45) empty seats in E+. This is way too many for the explanation that they have not yet chosen seats I think.
Is this aircraft weight-limited on this route? or what else explains it?
