There is a bit of standardisation going on though. Blackpool & Croydon have identical menus - Croydon is Hilton managed so it looks like the ones on management contracts are standardising.
It's the menu with "dough and co" "tossed and mingled" "from the stove & grill" etc.



Not impressed so far!
