Do any of those properties have common ownership? For example, are all the corporate owned properties doing this or are the properties doing this all owned by the same franchisee? I would expect a franchisee or even Hilton corporate to implement something like this as opposed to Hilton International to require all their franchisees to standardize their menus.
I think most in the UK are not company owned but I don't think they are owned by the same franchisee either. I think it must be something implemented from above.
As soon as the triple points offer ends I'm back to eating outside.
Whoever dreamed this one up, obviously didn't think of the fact that there most loyal customers (Hilton Hhonors members) don't want the same menu every night in every hotel.
