It's certainly more work to clean a suite compared to a standard room. Since this is the Hyatt forum, how about if you use a DSU, do you only tip the housekeeper based on the underlying room size booked, and write a note "Diamond - DSU"?
I tip housekeeping - the tip depends on the class of the hotel.
The way you paid for your room is irrelevant to the housekeeper. They're usually paid per room cleaned not as a percentage of the rate.
