Hyatt and M Life has partnership and they match the status with each other, and M Life has room upgrade also.
Doesn't work it well?
there is a difference between a DSU and a "next best room type (BOA)" upgrade. with micro-tiering of hotel rooms, particularly in vegas, "next best room type" probably simply means a few floors higher, or an arguably better view
