What if it were a $25 voucher or a $100 voucher? You are assuming that 'ITCHECKAWARD' has some standard value associated with it. Maybe it doesn't. Maybe the voucher code is just a standard term they use for a voucher amount and it needs to be input into the system manually upon confirmation? They could of course have serialize voucher numbers which encode the amounts like Amazon gift cards, but it doesn't seem like they support that. As to how easy or difficult that would be, you'd have to ask the Hertz IT department, but I suspect they have more pressing things to worry about.
