I have now received all redemptions from the 2016 Holiday Catalog. A number of the 12 pack coupons were damaged (missing top piece etc) but all have arrived.

I have updated the Wiki (and saved the old Wiki...if needed). Thanks to all who contribute and participate in MCR and this thread.
