I just called to make a reservation on a bonus (voluntary bump) ticket. I get about a dozen of these a year, and in the past, I've earned FF miles on these tickets. This time the reservation agent had difficulty entering my FF number, and said she didn't think the ticket would earn miles. Is this a policy change?
