Does the "instant upgrade" language have to be in the fare rules for your seat to be prone to IVDG during IRROPS? I just bought a fare that has no reference to instant upgrade; I want to know if they downgauge to a 319 from a 738 that I won't be stuck in the last row of cramped Y on a 4 hour flight.
