Yes. That is another known issue with Chase. A lot of transfers (to various partners) are not being processed immediately. Average wait time appears to be 2 - 4 days. It's unfortunate Chase is still blaming the delayed transfers on a 'busy holiday / travel season' - whatever that means in this instance anyway.
