The walk from the Toei Asakusa station where the Skyaccess will take you is less than 10 mins walk from the temple. Easily walkable. So both Skyaccess and Skyliner are fine. I would just take whichever leaves first.

Skyaccess is a commuter train (bench seats) and cheaper than the Skyliner, which offers luggage racks, forward facing seats etc.
