I explained to her the Chase web site was not allowing any Chase to KE transfers and I informed her about the "Temporarily Unavailable" notification when trying to transfer Chase to KE.

The agent suggested she try the transfer on the phone and I allowed her to try a 1,000 Chase points transfer from my Chase SPR account to my authorized user's KE Sky Pass account. The agent processed the 1,000 point transfer on the phone with out any problems on her end. The points were deducted from my Chase account immediately and once I signed out and signed back in to the KE Sky Pass account the 1,000 points transfer was complete.
