I can think of possibly more luggage and first class check in desk, maybe first class lounge? (if not emerald). anything else? or just money out the window? it seems to be the exact cabin seat, as it's only a two cabin flight?

You can't book first over business. On a two class service the front cabin is marketed as domestic first but selling classes used are business ones. There are no first selling classes available for sale on those flights now.
