ON two class flights (like LGA-MIA), is there any reason to book a ticket in first over business when crediting to BA, now that the tier points were reduced on such tickets?

I can think of possibly more luggage and first class check in desk, maybe first class lounge? (if not emerald). anything else? or just money out the window? it seems to be the exact cabin seat, as it's only a two cabin flight?
