I just booked 6 nights in an Exec Seaview room (45K HH/night). Received an email with NOR1 upgrade options.

King Ocean Suite 1509THB
King Executive Plus room 2042THB
King Grand Ocean Suite 24,375THB

Not sure if I should cancel the Exec room, and book a standard room @ 33K HH/night after the 5 night free discount and go straight for a NOR1 upgrade.

Save about 70K HH over the 6 nights. Seems like a NOR1 gives u 25% off the flexible rate difference
