really annoyed as I was through to an agent and the flights were available but he kept going on about a technical issue with my booking. by 12.02 the flights I wanted were gone. by 1.45am when he called me back having resolved the issue all flights had gone and had to book 3 days earlier and split into economy and business. 4 hours sleep and didn't even get what I wanted.
