Very well written review. I had a few nights here on December and my experience is similar (I didn't get BRG though, but a rate lower than W)

The room layout is interesting as well, as it is an "open toilet" concept.

Personally I love the area as it is really convenient. My rate includes breakfast so we tried that as well. They strive to provide quality breakfast as well, with quite a few options to choose from.

The complicated décor probably is a little challenging for housekeeping... it is quite easy to spot dust on floors.
