Hi FlyerTalk Folks,

I am planning to travel around with my family and my brother's family.
Because I am Hyatt Diamond member, I have some chance to get a upgraded room, however, it would work only for one room if I make a two room reservation at the same hotel.
So, I am thinking to make two reservations at two different hotels on the same day to get the upgraded rooms at both.
(I don't need to stay at the same hotel with my brother's family, but I still can be there to check in)
Do you think it would work?

FYI, when I checked another thread, Hyatt Concierge mentioned the customer would get only one QN if two hotels are in the same city, but there was no mention about upgrading the rooms.
