seems BA's IT systems need a bit of work. I got through to India having called the Japan office. He was amazed I was able to book 2x companion vouchers online- anyway 1 voucher had not been applied correctly. By the time this was all sorted the flights we wanted had gone. AARGHHHHHH.
Surely BA must be able to arrange the backend so this is bookable online
he is now having difficulty splitting the booking as it was booked with 2 x vouchers in my wife's name.
