Agreed with the three days, especially if your primary focus is for food. Just have a plan of hawker centers and restaurants to hit because the choices are overwhelming.
Never been to Bali, but if you're in the area, look into Myanmar. Bagan is amazing, and best to go before it's overrun with tourists.
