You can freely transfer all your points to your Marriott account. Marriott will allow you to transfer points (up to 50K/year) between accounts. If you have more points, Marriott will allow more points to be transferred but only in conjunction with ordering an award.

So you make a temporary hotel award reservation which requires all the points to be transferred from one account to the other. Then after the transfer is complete, you can cancel the reservation with all the points being deposited into one account. Then you transfer those points back to your SPG account.
