What recourse does one have should their reward coupons never arrive? I received shipping notifications on the same day for two 12 pack coupons about two and a half weeks ago, but only one arrived a few days ago. Based on my account balance and consumption pattern, 30 points is an appreciable loss for me.
I'm in the same boat -- notified that they had mailed my coupons around Christmastime, and still nothing to show for it.
If they handle matters like they have in the past, you'll have to ask them to reinstate your points since they will most likely claim that they can't give you a replacement award. Maybe it will be different since they can "print their own currency" for free 12-packs, but I was SOL on the replacement of a Best Buy gift card that conveniently went missing in the mail a year or two ago.
