Hello All,

I recently signed up for the Barclay Arrival + and met the spending with actual spending + VGC purchases online. I always saw my points balance on the right margin and even my most recent billing statement showed that the 50,000 bonus + spending posted but recently when I login to the website the points balance on the right margin is completely missing - it's simply not there. In fact, usually you'd even see the points balance in a small blue bubble next to each individual transaction and that's not even there anymore. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Am I under review for the VGCs?
