Yes, I selected this option last year during an early recognition selection, and
have only been able to use it once. On the flight I used it on, I was able to
upgrade 2 of 3 pax a week before the flight, and the third at the gate.

Would have been nice to be able to add it on a couple of flights where I forgot to
input it at time of booking, and on AE reward bookings. Looks like the other 5
codes will go unused.

Hey, are these transferable? Can we give them away?
