Just checked out today and stayed 3 nights. Booked with Suite Upgrade cert and Stay two-night third-night free Cert. Originally upgraded to the ...... view junior penthouse with double double bed. I arrived pretty late on the first night so I did not bother to complain. The next day, the executive concierge came by, and I told her about the 'minor' issues, how my preferred room type and room view were completely messed up. She switched me to a floor lower with the perfect view towards the marina bay harbor.

The services were awesome, at least for me, even though I only stayed there for three nights, starting second day, every staff knows how I like my coffee, and the first choice of my drink in the morning (lemon hot water with honey, I am somewhat sick).

Also, one staff told me I can late check out at 5pm, but then I was told I could keep it until 9pm. (fyi) I did not take the offer, because I wanted to spend my time at the Private room at SIN (which was quite disappointing as matter fact, besides the food offering)
