Can anyone shed any light on what "1. BA CREG OWVE" means in Carrier-related special service request? It is hidden away in the PNR but has just been added. It's for an upcoming BA flight to DXB. It is followed by a load of numbers and my name.

Anyone with GDS background might be able to help!
