What have exceptional circumstances got to do with denied boarding? Doesn't sound like very sound advice tbh and perhaps someone who hasn't bothered reading the Regulation.

EDIT: just to add a claim for denied boarding is under Art 4 and there is no mention of extraordinary circumstances in that article. It basically says if you are denied boarding you get compensation under Art 7, no exceptions are listed. This is really poor advice from EUClaim.
