I agree with EUclaim. The problem is that there are too many variables. As nothing is documented and a judge will have to rely on what you claim to have been told (not saying it is not true!) whilst at the same time being provided with evidence of weather issues and a delayed inbound, you will get nowhere. It is not fair but neither is life.
