Is a SWU pretty much exactly what it say it is - a "single way upgrade"? In other words, flying from IAD-BKK, I could use one SWU to upgrade on all segments from IAD-BKK no matter how many connections? And then a second SWU would need to be used for the return trip? thanks for clearing up my ignorance.
