Wow,
I've just called You First and was routed to India due to the time. I've been downgraded due to an equipment change and I called to book a pair of seats in Club World (I'm blue).
The fantastic lady booked me into my preferred seats on the outbound and we then got chatting and at the end of the conversation she also booked me into my preferred seats on the inbound. I had booked these as Club World, so had no reason for a 'free' seat reservation and I hadn't even expected it. I was going to reserve seats online later.
Well, bless her, preferred seats are now reserved.
I have no problem with them being changed before I board but the gesture was much appreciated.
