Just finished our first trip with QR round trip BOS - DOH, and we LOVED it! Definitely our favorite business product now, along with Air New Zealand. I was wondering, though, if turndown service is standard on these longhaul flights. We were not offered turndown on either flight (eventhough the crews were exceptional). I assumed that QR didn't offer this amenity. However, just spoke to someone who did receive turndown on BOS - DOH. Is this something that you need to ask for, or is it usually just offered by the crew? I did think it was strange that all we got for sleeping was a thin blanket and pillow. In any case, we were very impressed by QR!
