The green-coloured lozenges below your name reflect your reputation points:

1 green lozenge: Reputation Score = 1-99
2 green lozenges: Reputation Score = 100-199
3 green lozenges: Reputation Score = 200-299
4 green lozenges: Reputation Score = 300-399
etc.

If you go below zero, you get red lozenges.

One earns reputation points by having others click on the balancing scales below your name and bestowing approval or disapproval.

This will show up in your account by clicking in the "My Flyer Talk" button at the top left of your screen. Red means a disapproval ("ding"), Green means an approval ("bling"). You can bestow three approvals within any 24 hour period.

Those icons at the top of each post topic, like a caution symbol, etc., are added when you post to a thread. There are buttons to click below where you type.
