I am now "Margarita LTG Girl" where Margarita is my first name and Girl is my last name. I checked a few other reservations and it's the only one where I noticed this. Kudos to LM for making sure FD agent acknowledges status.
I would guess that that happened like this: You were listed as "Girl, Margarita LTG" where LTG was intended as a note following your name, but was entered incorrectly. Then, when the computer put your name back together, LTG became part of your first name, and thus your middle initials.
