ld by someone in the know that the existing C3 club will become a Polaris club (after extensive renovation) and a new club will be built at in the empty space above the end of the C3 concourse (where the food/stores are). I do not believe those projects will take place concurrently so I'd expect that there will be some sort of temporary club for a while.
