I've never even gotten the "standard" email noted above- nothing, nada!

I've logged about 82,000 points and it seems that now, after all this time, I can't even get a little cert for Blockbuster for my son or for Barnes and Noble for my wife!

Has anyone been able to cash out with anything from profinity recently?
